أيام مشرقة في التاريخ العربي المعاصر

 في هذه الايام المشرقة حيث ينتفض شباب الامة في العراق ولبنان وفلسطين وقبل ذلك في السودان والجزائر حاملين دمهم على أكفهم لتحرير الأرض والإنسان مدافعين عن حرية الامة واستقلالها ، ومن اجل ابقاء راية العروبة حية خفاقة نستذكر اليوم اياماً مشرقة في تاريخنا العربي المعاصر تحققت فيها انتصارات مجيدة تتزود من عبقها الاجيال الصاعدة العزيمة والثقة لمواصلة كفاحها الضروس دفاعاً عن عروبة الامة وحقها في الحياة الحرة الكريمة. 

فعلى الرغم من أن  هناك أحداثاً وملاحم جرت في بقعة معينة من الوطن العربي ، لكن امتد اشعاؤها ليضيء لنا على امتداد الوطن الكبير ، إما لأنها كانت  دفاعاً عن وجود ومصالح ومستقبل الأمة وبجهد مشترك ، أو انها أدت في نتائجها وانعكاساتها إلى حماية المصلحة القومية وتعميق التلاحم العربي فصارت معالم وأياماً مشرقة في تاريخنا العربي نستلهم منها القيم والدروس ونتزود من تفصيلات مجرياتها بشحنات من العزم لتجدد فينا روح الوفاء والإقدام والتضحيات في معاركنا الراهنة في مواجهتنا لأعداء الأمة من قوى الشر والعدوان حماية لمصالح الأمة وخياراتها ودورها الرسالي الانساني.

 برنامج أيام مشرقة في التاريخ العربي المعاصر يسلط الضوء على هذه الأحداث ويتناول بعدها القومي وتأثيراتها ودورها في التلاحم النضالي بين أبناء العروبة.  من هذه الأيام الخالدة في تاريخنا العربي  المعاصر هي ثورة العشرين ضد الاحتلال البريطاني في العراق.

عندما تحلُّ بنا المئوية الأولى لذكرة ثورة العشرين المشرقة، في ظروف تاريخية كالتي يمر بها العراق والأمة، يُسجل فيها أنها حالة نادرة ومثال يقتدى به في النضج والعمق والوطنية.

في هذه الذكرى يتملك كل عربي وعراقي شريف وقعٌ خاص في النفس لأنها تمثل خلاصة تاريخ العراق المناضل والمدافع عن شرف ووجود الأمة في وجه كل المؤامرات والاحتلالات التي مرت أو الجاثمة على صدر الأمة. كما تفتحُ المئوية الأولى لثورة العشرين النافذة على مسيرة طويلة وشاقة قدم خلالها

 

 المناضلون الأبطال الأوفياء للوطن والأمة ولقضيتها، قدموا الصدقَ والحب والدم مجبولاً بالفكر والجهد. ففي ذكراها العطرة يتملكنا شعور الاعتزاز والفخر والاكبار لبطولات الثوار العراقيين ولعظمتهم التي تتجلى في الوطنية والتضحية، يهزنا شعور التفاؤل والبشرى بحاضرنا، ليقيننا أن ما تجلى في ثورة العشرين من عظمة وصمود وروح ونهوض، هو تأكيد على أنها حالة الأمة الانبعاثية التي تمر بها وتشهد عليها ساحات العراق وشبابه الثائر اليوم، وهو ما بشر به حزبنا، حزب البعث العربي الاشتراكي منذ ولادته وحتى الآن.

 

ولأننا نعيش في هذه الذكرى العطرة واقعاً عراقياً نفض عنه غباراً تراكم خلال سبعة عشر سنة، هي عمر الاحتلال الأمريكي الإيراني للعراق، ونرى شباباً أيقنوا أن الوطن أغلى من الروح، وأن السبيل لتحريره من براثن الاحتلال هو تقديم التضحيات وإراقة الدماء على ثراه الطاهر.

 

لقد جاءت ثورة تشرين المباركة لتستلهم من ثورة العشرين العظيمة ولتؤكد أن الأمة العربية لابد أن تعيش حالة انبعاث متجددة، كلما تعرضت لضغط هائل ولمزيد من المصاعب، وهو ما يفسر أن الأمة تمتلك روح التحدي وعشق النهضة، وتحقيق الانتصار على الاحتلال والهيمنة الاجنبية التي تهدد مصيرها وانطلاقها نحو التحرر والتقدم والوحدة والانبعاث الحضاري.

 

لذلك يحق للعرب عامة وللعراقيين خاصة أن يفرحوا ويتفاءلوا بما تحقق حتى الآن في ثورة تشرين، لأنها الثورة التي رفضت الظلم والعدوان وعشقت الحرية والاستقلال، وتسعى للحفاظ على الوطن، واستعادة الكرامة والسيادة، لأننا نعتقد أن ثورة تشرين هي ثمرة لحالةٍ قومية عربية جسدها العراق تجسيداً حياً خلال العقود الثلاث ما قبل الغزو 2003، التي جعلت مسيرة البعث النضالية مسيرة ذات شخصية متميزة ومتجددة العطاء برغم كل التحديات التي تعرضت لها خلال السنوات الطويلة.

 

إن القوة الروحية التي تمتلكها ثورة تشرين هي خير تجسيد لعنفوان ثورة العشرين ، كما تمثل في نفس الوقت جانباً من القوة الروحية التي يمتلكها البعث، نتيجة استلهام التراث وفهمه فهماً حقيقياً والتعامل معه على أنه تراث

 

حي، كما فهمت ثورة تشرين تراث أجدادها في العشرين فهماً حقيقياً وتعامت معه على أنه تراث حي متجدد وينبعث في حالة الإيمان الصادق به.

لقد نمت وتبلورت ونضجت البذرة الأولى للثورة في فكر ومنطلقات البعث ومسيرة نضاله منذ البدايات التي تميزت بنضاله ضد المحتل والغطرسة الغربية وضد التعصب الديني الذي مارسه المحتل والقوِى الاستعمارية ضد العروبة والإسلام.

 

فما يعانيه العراق منذ 2003 وحتى الآن مشابه لما مر به البعث في بداياته، فمقارعة الاحتلال ومواجهة الظلم والاستبداد والسعي لنيل الاستقلال والسيادة والحفاظ على الكرامة، جميعها شكلت البيئة التي كان على الشعب العراقي والبعث في مقدمته النضال فيها، وشباب العراق الذين يتقدمون ثورة تشرين يواجهون بيئة مماثلة وظروفاً مشابهة من احتلال وظلم وعدوان واستبداد. لا نبالغ إذا قلنا إن الصراع الذي يخوضه الثوار هو صراع من نوع آخر يتفرد عن كل الصراعات التي خاضتها الثورات العربية، لأنه صراع حضارة وتاريخ وتراث وعقيدة، لأن الاحتلال الأمريكي والإيراني يسعى اليوم بكل ما أوتي من قوة للقضاء على حضارة وتاريخ وتراث وعقيدة الأمة من خلال القضاء على العراق.

 

كان قدر ثورة تشرين أن تواجه ما واجهه البعث في بداياته، ما أعطاه أصالة راسخة وقدرة خلاقة على البعث والنهوض، ولهذا فإن الإيمان الراسخ الذي نعيشه في الأمة والعراق أن ثورة تشرين وشبابها، الذين يمتلكون الحس الصادق والوطنية الخالصة، سيصوغون نموذجاً رائعاً لنضال مشرف يسعى لنيل خلاص العراق والأمة، واستعادة المكانة الطبيعية للعراق، ولدوره في مشروع بناء ونهضة الأمة.
